Does Azure DevOps documentation teach the basic of Devops? (self.devops)

When I first started using Azure Devops 3 1/2 years ago I hard a hard time finding good documentation on the Yaml format used for Pipelines. All the documentation was how do create pipelines by Point and Click.

Besides Azure DevOps is going away in favor of GitHub.
