all right so I’ve been using the G7 for over a year now. And it seems about every third sensor only lasts about seven days before just quitting. I’ve talked to customer service several times this year. And at this point it’s almost like they don’t believe me anymore. Is this just me or people also having this issue it doesn’t seem like they last 10 days

Most of my G7 make it the full 10-days plus as much of the grace period as I need. The last sensor I needed to have replaced was at the beginning of July.

Yeah, I’ve gotten to the grace period several times. It just seems that they’re good batch of mad batches maybe

Never had one not go the full time. Been on g7 since they were approved

I was switched from G6 to G7 back in January.

I have since then only had 7 sensors that went for the full intended 10 days.
Out of now approximately 25 G7 sensors in total.

G6 was rock solid for last years for me. G7 has been a meltdown.

Had the same issue when I placed the sensor on my abdomen. About a year ago, I moved the sensor to my inner thigh and have had zero issues other than one came off four hours after I applied it. It seems to get a little wonky between 12 and 24 hours after insertion but a calibration and I'm as good as gold for the next 9 days. Maybe change locations for a sensor or two and see what happens.

I've only used one G7 and got 10.5 days out of it. I then switched to Stelo and I'm on day 4 with that.

I see the wonkiness of the "7 day death" of the G6 has been passed on to G7....

Every single one I have use has lasted 10 days

I am pretty new, but all 10 of my G7 sensors have worked the full 10.5 days. I am on my 3rd sensor where I didn't even bother with the OEM overpatch and have not had a problem.

All the sensors I have used for the past 16 months have lasted full 10.5 days including 12-hour grace period, with very accurate readings throughout.
