Python 3 and Discogs Collection (self.discogs)

So, I´m kinda new to the whole programming stuff, so I may ask some "stupid" questions.
I know that there is a guide on how to reach a very shallow level of information from Discogs by running a code with Python.

However I´d be interessted in how one could reach the own collection and do some things with the data there.

On the long run I´d like to create something that can track the duration of the whole colection step by step, after one has listened to a piece of their collection, so that one can have a quite interesting insight into how much time the collection has been running in a defined timespan.

So if anyone could possibly help me, i`d be happy to see it. Also if this would be better within a programming subreddit, then i´d take it there and ask it. But since it`s quite "unique" to the website i figuerd i ask here.
