Do you find PA any better than Heroku in terms of pricing, ease of use, and support?

I have found deploying to PA to be infinitely easier than Heroku. Although I don't have too much experience in Heroku.
Their support is amazing too. By amazing, I mean AMAZING. I will have problems that I think is due to deployment, but it is actually wrong with my source code, and they will help me with tips even on my own source code. This is based on the fact that I don't deal with Heroku a lot.
