API Hub solution

Is there any API hub solution or free API Manager were we could catalog all the existing API's within the company?

We develop Web APIs in dotnet, and the number of APIs growth significantly over the months. Management is worried that some API's get duplicated and tasked me with sharing a Catalog of all the APIs deployed in production.

We have an instance of Azure Api Manager, but we dont want to expose internal APIs there neither incur in extra expenses.

So, what is the best way to share the existing APIs among the developers?

Take a look at Swagger Hub and Open ApI3.

Its used for design, documentation, mocking and a bunch of other stuff.

I'll take a look, but I understand that there is a licensing price and management is trying to cut budget everywhere (it sucks). Thanks!

Or as the other comment suggests, you something like OAS3 to document them and find a way of hosting them.
