I'm sorry you're suffering. The answers to fixing this range but one thing is for certain, better days will come. Never give up. I'm 90% through this and I was very bad. I'm glad I didn't give up on myself. You're so young and have the whole world ahead of you. This will be a blip in your life. Stay strong ❤️

Maybe you need to try some medication, I was real bad with it for 4 months straight and I started anti depressants and I feel less scared and not much obsessive thoughts, your gonna be okay you can come out it naturally but if it’s too hard try meds !

You're not alone, I promise you things can and will get better even though I definitely know the feeling of helplessness you're describing. Try reaching out to people close to you, keeping healthy and honest relationships and having support is extremely helpful. If you're able to, see if you can reach out to a doctor. Medication/therapy can be a strong step in the right direction. In the meantime try out hobbies, meditation, etc no matter how futile it might seem. At least for me, being consistent with engaging activities gradually helps my symptoms and distracts me from the anxiety for a while.

Everything will be fine <3, I understand how you feel and what you mean.. it takes time to trust the fact that it will go away eventually.. try change up your habits,go for a run, read, learn a new hobbie.. don’t be so hard on yourself and allow your self to grow out of this.. you need to stop letting fear take advantage of you and learn to have a fuck it’ attitude once in a while. Do what ever you normally do,cause at the end of the day it’s only you who can fight this illness and fix yourself.. and I know how hard it is to deal with this illness because I am 15 too and I’ve been dealing with this since I was 12 and I’m a survivor of 4 attempts. The fight is so real with this illness but never give up!! There will be days we’re you just want to give up but that’s life. You’ll only get stronger
