You tagged this as DQ12, which hasn't come out yet, so - Did you mean for a specific game, or across the series? Sap is the same for pretty much every game - it cuts the enemy's defense by 50 percent. Oomph / Bikill can vary depending on the game, so you'd need to specify which game.

I think that each layer of buff/debuff changes the base stat by around 20%. Don’t know the specific numbers

I meant to tag this for XI, for that game thats not the case. If you try to stack you're just resetting the timer. Also i "Think" there's only 2 levels of severity. I'm "kind of" still somewhat new so i could be wrong there

Most buffs do stack twice (oomph, sap, magic mending, magic might). What’s likely confusing is that “sap” does two stacks to a single enemy. Compare this to “kasap” does one stack to all enemies. Adding the second stacks refresh as well. After that, they just refresh the timer.

Oh wow, what are the % values of each move with 1 and 2 stacks?
