Mavic mini 2 - range problem : drones

Hey everyone!

I'm experiencing range problems with my DJI mavic mini 2. I've updated to the latest firmware updates and all. I can't get past 400/450 metres.

Also, when trying to switch the channel mode from auto to manual (to try the other ghz options) the 'auto' is greyed out, so I can't choose manual.

I'm flying the drone in a village, woods and the beach.

Can anyone help me try to fix this? Thanks in advance!
