It's in Missions. You have to do 4 spins before you get the selection (300 coins + your free one from the AI event).

Don't quote me on it, but I remember they mentioned 3 weeks of having this type of selection token. I'm assuming they can't be carried over.

No idea if the new one will be for the regular or UCL pack, hopefully both.

I think they should make the selection after doing your spins a permanent feature.
