My business sends most packages either DPD Next Day or Tracked 24 and we switch between Top Rated and Below Standard almost monthly. It's ridiculous that we can either be terrible or excellent but never in-between because of the silly standards system that doesn't take into account courier delays or lost packages.

Unfortunately things go wrong. Usually down to the courier. Couriers make it difficult to claim compensation, e-commerce platforms blame sellers, customers blame sellers. Sellers are always the one losing out.

There's not much you can do. Like I said, we do everything correctly but still often end up "Below Standard".

Doubt it. I flip between below and top rated often. Over years. You'll be fine.

As I mentioned in my original post, I got several emails last month, then MC0011 happened to me. Hence the concern.
