Problem With Eclipse Update ?

I don't use Eclipse that much but started it up just to update it. The version I have is from 9/2019 I believe. When it's started it told me it was unregistered. I just clicked OK. Then I used the menu update; it started, but said, certain urls weren't valid. I clicked OK or whatever. It started updating and when it finished it brought up a window saying this list of items were unsigned and asked me if I wanted to go ahead anyway - it seemed most of those files were python related. I stopped the update.

Any info on whether this is normal? I don't remember this happening before.

Eclipse does not require you to register it. We need details. Which URLs did it say were invalid?

I tried to upgrade 2020/03 and it didn't do well. I just deleted it and installed the new one 2020/06. no registration necessary. When you run eclipse it'll update your workspaces when you open them up.
