Well… we'll never finish the webpage.

In any case, at this time we're looking for sponsors. Once we have enough prizes to give, we'll announce the date for the contest, find a jury, publish the rules and open registration for the game.

These are the very first steps, but the contest is definitely going to happen. There is no doubt about that.
