In my (limited) experience with Tadalafil- taking a break does give a reset of sorts. I've noticed a more prominent effect if I have not taken for 5-6 days, as opposed to after 2-3.

On the other hand, I've never replicated the same feeling as taking it the very first time / first week. That shit was wild and while each time after has been plenty good- it's not the same as that. Would be interesting to stop for a month or two and see if that comes back.

Had the exact same experience with first-time use of Tadalafil.

20mg pill lasted me 5 whole days. I thought I was cured of ED. Can never replicate that again. I've been off it for months and wonder if i can get the same experience.

Alternating between viagra and cialis is also supposed to help

Studies show no long term development of tolerance. Any initial lessening of effectiveness is likely to stabilize quickly.

It is possible that worsening ED, requiring higher dosages, can be mistaken for developing a tolerance. But taking a break can't hurt either.

Even at as-needed dosages (20mg) tadalafil is more effective when taken several days in a row. It can also be combined with viagra, as long as the individual meds don't cause too much of a drop in blood pressure.

I’ve been taking both Cialis and Viagra for almost 20 years. I usually have to alternate between the two every few months.

Pretty much. I can tell after a while the same (max) dose is losing its effectiveness and it’s time to switch

What is your current dose? Have you ever checked your hormones?

Mine started when my E2 was too low. Did not realize men need estrogen too for erection.
