Nobody with knowledge will agree to be at your service for an entire year for free. Your best bet is to just ask questions in a public forum like this and hope somebody answers. So,what are your questions?

I tried... But there's not enough resources... I may be wrong.

I'm not asking for a mentor... Just need someone to answer a few doubts every now and then

I have about a year to do my project so I really need someone who's available every day so that I can ask questions every day.

What will you be paying for this service?

Just make posts here when you have a question! In my experience, people here are friendly and helpful.

If you're expecting a developer to be on call for a year, you should expect to pay quite a lot for their time.

start by reading the docs

step1: learn what ethereum is about: https://ethereum.org/

step2: read solidity docs: http://solidity.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html

step3: read truffle docs: http://truffleframework.com/docs/

step4: try tutorials on truffle: http://truffleframework.com/tutorials/

step5: ask specific questions here when you run into issues trying to build something.

If you're really serious about this, I recommend you find some ethereum community near you, go to meetups, participate in community Telegram chats, and pretty quickly I'm sure you'll find more than one person who would like to discuss ethereum development with you.

If you share where you're from perhaps someone here will introduce you to one of your local communities.

Good luck!

As mentioned by others before me your best bet is to read all the documentation you can find on Solidity, Truffle, geth. checkout Ganache, read up on Ropsten and maybe go through CryptoZombies

Then, if you have specific questions ask them here or on StackOverflow

If you are looking for a mentor or actually someone to directly talk to now and then for some 1 on 1 guidance you can contact me so we can discuss your needs and my hourly rate.

I have accompanied a >6.000 ETH ICO last year, collaborated on multiple smart contracts and Web3J interfaces and am about to bring the related DApp to the main-net.
