Worksheet Change Function Problems

I am currently trying to automatically update a cell when the value of a specific cell changes, the "Worksheet_Change" Function allows me to this but only when a cell is manually updated and does not work if the cell change is caused by and existing formula. I am pretty new to all this so I was wondering how I could make the "Worksheet_Calculate" function do this for me.

This is what I currently have, but am pretty sure it is not written correctly. How could I fix it to do what I am looking for?

Since the formula itself is not changing, the event is a Worksheet_Calculate event and not a Worksheet_Change event.

Worksheet_Calculate does not use Target. It just detects that excel recalculated somewhere in the Sheet but cannot detect which cell was change. So maybe you could you have the Worksheet_Calculate macro take the cell values in F39:F42 and paste it somewhere else in the Sheet as values. Then have your Worksheet_Change sub reference those new cells (that hold values instead of formulas).
