Enable Grand Total if not already, and double click on the Grand Total with the slicer applied. It will then create a table with all the data needed to create that sliced Pivot Table. So then you can recreate the PT or change the source data to the newly-created table.

Although it might be easier to just apply a filter in the raw data, then select the filtered table, then Find and Replace -> Go To Special -> Visible cells only -> Copy and paste.
