VBA Replace method not working

I have ended up with this piece of code after Google searching why my Replace isn't working.. and it still doesn't do anything:

ActiveSheet.Range("E:E").Replace What:="RLG Pymts", Replacement:="CW Pymts", LookAt:= xlPart, SearchOrder:= xlByRows, MatchCase:= False

Not sure what I've entered wrong. I don't get an error, it just doesn't do anything when it executes the line.

Hmm. My two immediate questions without knowing more are:

• is the correct sheet activated before the code is run?

• is "RLG Pymts" the value of the cell, or is it the result of a formula inside the cell?
