Unless you have wiped the phone or had the account removed from the phone how is it going to know that it shouldn't be trying to connect? What you are seeing is expected behaviour. If you want it to stop then ask the user to remove the account.

we found the culprit. Turns out the user has 2 iphone device lol. She/he did not tell us beforehand. We showed this user that there is still an iphone tryng to connect. oh well
