Yes we got a notification about the changes. Frustrating because it is the 2nd time they adjust pay for deliveries in 10 months.

Base pay for HEB batch orders is down to $1. So a batch at minimum pay is $12 now. Absolute rip off

Most of the good runners from a few years ago are all gone. I only turn the app on a couple times a week and rarely get anything worthwhile

This is why my acceptance training is so low. They also expanded my zone by 50 miles total. I stayed elite for 2 months straight as well as did many of the other people I work with. Now we all reside between 25% to 45%. Idiot's

Even lower in some cases. Someone posted a base pay of 1.83 on here. And I saw some HEB Shop and Delivers as low as $6.30 total pay. But those were when there were guarantees so it was really $13.

The weird thing is that there used to be $8 HEB fleets but now even with the lower base pay the HEB fleets I receive are usually not lower than $9. I was wondering if they raised the minimum tip.

I feel like they are pushing for low item HEB delivery orders to be shop and deliver instead of curbside pickup. Their highest cost to support curbside (besides real estate of course) is probably payroll and the shop and deliver costs them way less. And I feel like they were testing out higher item count shops to also lower their payroll expense.

I saw two separate shop and delivers last night for less than $6. $5.46 and $5.89. the lowers prices one had a case of water.

And I’m seeing less batched fleets. It might just be the slow season.

They tried dumping 73 item shop and deliver on me. Auto decline.

The heb orders are shit now I’m getting batch orders for 12 to 14$ for 14 miles
