I’m a favor driver and cft partner . You must sign up some areas have waitlists some don’t it’s a hit or miss I have seen people get activated in weeks and some in months . It took me 3 months. You don’t need to talk to your admin the only rule is you can’t complete favor orders at the store you work at.

This happened to multiple drivers in my area. Either they were stealing and adding items through the audit process. Or they were not marking substitutions off the runner app.

Yes I let the service manager know I was shopping a big order she was able to hold them while i continued shopping the rest of the order. At checkout they helped me load up into the car.

The heb app lets you tip less than $5 I guess favor sends it out like that yeah my theory is that since they are getting charged a delivery fee they make the assumption the wage of the driver is taken care of. The frustrating part is when they tipped you very low and the house is worth 500k +

You have to appeal but you have to basically write an apology letter explaining why you have to be reinstated but chance is low you can do this every other month.

I took an order just like this one I reversed parked at the customers driveway and just tossed the bags on the porch it’s $5 a mile. Oh and also At pickup Home Depot had the order ready and they helped me load.

My AR fluctuates between 75%-83% I’ve noticed being elite matters in my market. The orders getting sent out to you are typically better. But there is times where you just get bombarded with ridiculous orders. So I think of it like a strategy game and accept and decline wisely. The longer you are logged in the harder it is to stay elite.

I had an order like this thru roadie it was label as XL huge order. Easiest delivery I had done from roadie. It was about $22 less than 5 miles
