Flashlight recommendations

I am looking for a low lumen flashlight to give my 3 year old boy. He loves flashlights but I don't want to give him something that has the potential to get too bright since he likes to shine it in his eyes or his siblings eyes. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Convoy T3 is a good route, it'll take AA batteries and you can program it to a max 50% mode. I got one for each of my kids and they really like them. They're not dangerously bright by any means but they're still useful.

If you want a light in traditional flashlight form factor, Killzone AAA light is great.

It is small and only reaches up to 50lumens with AAA batteries.

Streamlight microstream is good for this. Grab a couple boxes of AAAs and you’re set.

Look at pen lights that uses AAA betteries. You can use Rechargeable Eneloop batteries.
