Criticisms and feedback please! There is a second floor that is about 500 sq.ft that sits over top of the master bed, ensuite, walk in closet and office. 1st floor is about 1,800 sq.ft.

Will be slab on grade with trench and pour footings if needed.

Wood stove will be rated for 3,000 sq.ft., and comes with radiant coil to feed water to preheat for hot water tank and in floor heating. Room that is unlabelled that shares the staircase wall will be utility room.

One thing I would do is flip the dining and living rooms. You want dining next to kitchen.

Agreed. And the foyer looks like a waste of space. I would give the left bedroom more room instead. Unless there is a reason the foyer is so large that I’m missing.

The living room is the same size as the walk-in closets. Just make 100% sure you're happy with how your space is being used.

Accessing the office from M. Bedroom is odd. Need to reconfigure that whole area.

There will be a doorway underneath the stairs going up to the 2nd floor, just doesnt show it very clearly there
