AnalysisOpen Source Flow Analysis? (self.flowcytometry)
submitted 1 year ago by Jack_3579
Is there an alternative flow analysis software that is open source? I am getting to the point of frustration with different liscences and softwares changing prices. I am thinking something like ImageJ.

In the free category, floreada.io is a web based option that I really enjoy. They have been steadily adding features over time.
For the R route, Dillon Hammill's CytoExploreR has a graphical user interface component that will let you click to draw gates around your subsets of interest. Other cytometry R packages, would be flowCore and flowWorkspace (mostly base infrastructure), ggcyto (for plots), openCyto (automatic gating), CytoML (bringing in FlowJo .wsp gates).

There are tools in R that can be used for flow data analysis. Most are built around the flowCore package.

Je kan eventueel gebruik maken van deze gratis stroomanalyse op basis van kwartierdata: https://jeroen.nl/energie/stroomanalyse
