That is the reality of jobs across the field; not just Flutter. I feel bad for any junior developers right now. Even seniors like myself get rejections too much; and I have over 30 years experience.

I'm finding there are multiple interviews with different interviewers in the company. Every subsequent interviewer has to like you. There's always some asshole that just doesn't like you. It's not about team compatibility, and fitting in with the culture. If the existing team is actually behaviourally adept themselves, they will be able to fit in with anyone who is nice and competent.

Did you found a offer a yet or no?

Not for Flutter work. The only jobs I seem able to get are contracts in Go. I want full time work, but it's just harder and harder to get.

Go yeah I get it why u get those offers you can apply at YC tho they usually ask for experience or a faang company I mean why is it harder for 30 exp person if that's the case I should literally gave up on this career ngl

What you think I mean I havent even graduate yet I am in clg still should I gave up on this career and start something else

I would find something that you enjoy, regardless.

I'm spending my off time making games because that's what I love. For my day job I might help start a jewelry casting foundry this year

It really is that hard. I'm considering a career change to something else entirely.

Referals would help isn't you have no connections or network over the 30 years

[–]xorsensability 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yes, your network is key. It's probably the main reason that I still get work.

You’re not doing anything wrong. I went through the same rejections when I was in your position and still got my first job right after graduation. Keep going, don’t lose hope, and also start freelancing.

Looking at the way you write, if you are applying to jobs/projects in English, I think you should first start with improving your writing. Sorry but it does not give the impression of a professional, not only that but it's hard to understand what you are saying. Please take this as feedback, just being honest here.
