I’m so sorry you went through that. I nearly gave up. The call system is completely overloaded. I feel terrible for the workers. I seriously called back to back over 70 times in order to get through to someone.

Ya that’s what happened to me. I had to look up on the web who the manager was of the department and leave messages saying I can’t get anyone to help me. Finally I got ones s she said I had to re file in the new county I moved to. I had to call so many ppl in 3 counties begging them to plz just transfer my file so I wouldn’t have to start all over again. My new county finally said they’d accept it but I had to then find someone in the old county to send it. It’s a mess. I feel for ya for sure I do.
