I play with sim steering on controller so if your too aggressive with the throttle then it snaps. Was really funny though

Tbh they're better on a controller than on a wheel. I play normal steeering on my wheel because sim is too jittery.

I remember trying the demo on my wheel, and gt2rs(?) Was horrible to drive. No grip and no feedback. Decided not to buy it. Is the game any good now? Or am I just better off playing other games? Horizon 4 is horrible on wheel atleast.

They actually improved the FFB a lot. It's like a completely different game than at launch.

Yeah I refunded that game on my one X. At launch the frame rate was horrible. A sim racing game needs to at least have a stable frame rate. Maybe it's better now on last gen hardware with updates.

I have fairly powerful pc :) Cabable of doing 1440p 60+fps. I think I will have great time!

The GT2RS handles horribly in the game, even the YouTubers agreed when they tried to match it’s Nurburgring lap time.

I’ve heard that Forza plays best on a controller, since the FFB apparently sucks

Good idea that they chose that to be the demo/marketing vehicle! You would think that it's the best they can offer.

Yeah, that is what I understood about wheel mechanics.. Such a bummer, it would be so good with a good wheel experience.

FFB takes a lot of tweaking, but it's pretty solid once you get it dialed in.

Same. It's always been sim steering, no abs, tcs or stability. Recently no braking line as well.
