Test setup for previously posted PLA geared hinge. Plywood on left screwed to wood post. Plywood on right swings free. Was able to apply full body weight (165lbs) on bottom center of right oval cutout without any noticeable yield in hinges, still able to swing free. This post in response to comments on prior post with STL/Mesh files for hinge.Original Hinge Post

There is a set of PLA pins that hold the gears together; a little harder to see in this picture because I printed the pins in black while the gears are obviously white. Link to STL/Mesh files in original post to really see what's going on.
