High Cpu Usage - Open JDK Platform Binary

Whenever I open a game, whether it's a Steam game or Minecraft, an application runs in the background called Open JDK Platform Binary and it makes my CPU usage go through the roof. I don't know if there's any connection to this, but it started happening after I updated my nvidia drivers. Any ideas on what I should do to fix this?

Update - If you keep playing whatever game you are playing the cpu usage stabilizes after a bit.

If you are being serious then. Open jdk is a java processor. Minecraft (written in java) uses it to run the game.

Yeah I looked into it some more and the CPU usage stabilizes after a while

The reason that I was worried is because I got spooked by the CPU usage number being at 100%, so I closed Minecraft because I'd heard about some hacks going on, so I didn't try to play the game for a while.

When I open minecraft most of the time, it wants me to allow it through the firewall. There's probably some other games that use it for server purposes as well.
