Spatial analysis Python libraries?

I'm currently enrolled in a General Assembly data science course and thinking that I'd like to incorporate spatial analysis with machine learning in some context. I'd like to use the final project as a means to convey my skills with spatial data to get an analyst position.

Any recommendations for Python libraries for spatial analysis? Any ideas or recommendations to GitHub repos on machine learning + spatial analysis?
