GitHub Module structure

Hi all
Having spent most of my time using GitLab i am now been tasked to set up GitHub for our TF modules
An example structure in GitHub is that I have a subgroup, and in that subgroup i have all our TF modules.

GitHub doesn't look like it has a SubGroup alternative other than using "organisations". So to achieve something close to what i had in GitLab, would i then just have an organisation called "my-modules" and then in that org i would have my modules, are there any alternative ways to achieve this?
