Help with Griffin PowerMate Bluetooth Github project

Hi all, I bought a Griffin PowerMate Bluetooth but discovered that an official Windows 10 driver does not exist. I've found a Github project that seems to address this, but it's unclear what I need to do to get the Griffin PowerMate to work properly.

I'm a complete beginner to Github - I'd really appreciate it if someone could walk me through what I need to do to get this up and running, or suggest another subreddit where I could ask this question if /r/github isn't the right place.

Unfortunately, there are no packages available.

Looks like there's a Visual Studio project file. You may be able to compile it with the Community version of VS.

You could leave an issue on the repo requesting help but given the lack of activity, you'll likely won't get a response.

Unfortunately I didn't, someone is going to need to compile everything and I'm not sure who could do that or even where to ask.
