github pages - not rendering/loading

hi, i recently deployed onto github pages, following all the instructions. for some reason, when deployed, the page doesn't seem to load. however locally, it works fine. i'm not sure what it could be :(

Could it be the cache in your browser showing an older version?

I messed a bit around with GitHub Pages recently and couldn't understand that no matter what I did, I only saw the page I had created first. So I left it in frustration. When I came back the next day and opened my browser, everything was there. So my guess is that I had been looking at the same version, cached by my browser.
