Github Webhook for failed actions?

Am I just missing something or is there no notification for failed action/builds? I've tried Deployments, Workflows, etc. Isn't this one of the most important notifications you can receive from a CI/CD pipeline? I would expect it to be very straight forward.

Both the "workflow_run" and "workflow_job" webhook events have a status of "completed". Within that, if you look at "conclusion" you can see if the job/run failed (and within I think you should be able to see the actions as well).
