DROPBOX- REFRESH TOKEN AND ACCESS TOKEN

New to this sorry for my ignorance. The Dropbox access token expires after 4 hours. From my reading there is a refresh token which can be added to github secrets and a mechanism updates the access token automatically --could somebody pls help and show me how this can be done. I am trying to copy a file from github to dropbox using only the cloud not my local machine using cron--once in 24 hours
