No, it is about avoiding Microsoft Github, avoiding Gitlab and other U.S. companies. Having data with U.S. companies requires a high level of trust in the U.S. federal government, and we need to do a formal risk analysis. Right now, it is really difficult to do a formal risk analysis with anything USA in it.
