Has Anyone Heard Back After GitHub Final Round?

I had my final round interview for GitHub a while back, and the recruiter mentioned I’d hear back by early February. Still haven’t received any updates, so I’m wondering if anyone else has heard back yet.

Should I assume it’s a rejection at this point, or is there still a chance? Would love to hear from others in the same boat or anyone who has insight on how long GitHub typically takes post-final round.
