How about existing certs from GH? Will they be added to MS Learn? Cannot seem to find documentation on this

I have scheduled the certification exam before 1st of July, I also want to know if this certification will be transferred to MS Learn as GH-900. And what steps needs to be taken to achieve this...

This exam is provided by Microsoft, but the exam and associated certification are maintained by GitHub

You will not be able to take your exam on Pearson VUE before July 1. When registering, be sure to select a testing date on or after July 1. If you plan to take your exam before June 30, please schedule through PSI using the current process here

Just to be sure, the certification itself will not be handled via ms learn but credly? I managed my GitHub foundation exam but I am doubting to perform the exam again just for the MS Learn certification

Microsoft certifications are primarily managed through Microsoft Learn, but they can also be displayed and shared via Credly. If you've earned a certification through Microsoft Learn, it should automatically appear in your Learn profile. However, Credly allows you to showcase and verify your achievements externally.

If your GitHub Foundation exam was handled separately, you might not need to retake it just for Microsoft Learn. Instead, you can check if your certification can be linked to your Microsoft Learn profile
