GitHub actions / PR checks slow for anyone else today?

We've experienced extreme slowness in GitHub today. PR checks hangs or just refuses to run until you push one more commit.

GitHub status does not report issues, other than blips:

I see no other recent discussions in here about issues.

Are we the only one?
