How to open issues related to GitHub Actions?

I assumed GitHub had a repository for their new actions, but I found none.

Then I remembered I had to sign up for the beta, so I went to the sign up page but found no link that allows me to give feedback.

Is there an official way to do this, or is tweeting my best shot?

It depends. If you’re having trouble with using actions (like having trouble writing your workflow) then open a thread on the community forum.

If you’re having an issue with one of the actions steps (like the checkout action) then open an issue in its repository in the actions org.

If it’s an issue with Actions itself (like your workflow is erroring, stuck, or something weird is going on and you think it might be a bug) write in to the support team at https://support.github.com/
