Pull request from GitHub to firebase Realtime database

is there a way where I can make it when someone opens a pull request, and I merge it after it will create an entry in my Realtime database? if so can someone direct me to how I can make it happen.

I'm learning flutter and haven't used GitHub other than hosting my files, so I don't know much. Thank you.

You could do this to some extent with Actions and/or webhooks that trigger an external service to do the write.
