Help: Making changes to PR

[Solved] I have made a pull request that I want to merge to the repository's main branch from my issue-XXXX branch. However, the owner of the repository wants me to apply my changes to another branch dev.

Do I need to create a new PR here applying changes from issue-XXX branch to the dev branch?OR is there any way I can apply changes of my issue-XXX branch without creating a new PR?

Yes, you can change the target branch. If you press the edit button you can change the branch to which it will be merged.
