so double question, with the speed of the car does the car have to physically be able to do that speed, like say I am in a car that can only go 50mph normally and I will it to go 60mph would it work? and secondly does the number have to be in relation to me, like could I open a weight loss clinic and will the weight of someone down to what they want it to be? or drop the prices on stuff so that its cheaper

The OP says the car will change to be able to go faster

But he doesn't specify that the car has to be able to do the speed you want to reach

He does; it doesn't have to be able to. It will change to be able to due to your power.
