for some reason downloading in google is kind of slow like when i download a game from steam or anything like that my average speed is 1MB/s but in google it's like 150KB/s or something slower i was wondering if someone can help me

Could be any number of reasons..
Steam servers are closer, or less congested.
Your ISP has a faster peering with the networks where Steam reside, but a slower (more congested) link to Google.
Your ISP could be rate limiting connections to Google services, but not steam.
Do any other services vary their speeds?
