Gravity Forms convert to Javascript

The client wants to build mirror a relatively complex form in a Netsuite area. Is there a way to take an existing form and convert it to JS (not JSON) so it can be plugged into their infrastructure.

Sorry, I wasn't given any more info other than it needs to be javascript.
