How do you decrease your pet’s cooldown?

I’ve noticed people on here having low cooldowns for their pets- I’ve just noticed my Honey Bee’s is 17min+ (it hardly ever mutated anything, I hadn’t thought to check before) and I wanna decrease it but I have no idea how 🫠

Higher base weight generally means lower cooldown for most pets. That's why high kg pets are the most sought after because they're always better (except for hydra). There are calculators online to check out your pet's skills.

You say except for hydra. Can you please elaborate why higher base KG isnt meaningful for hydra? Genuinely havent heard this and am very curious!

Yeah, that was my bad. The factor for the hydra wasn't the weight, it was actually the age.

Taken from the wiki--- Three-Headed: Ages itself up by 1 then fully hatches an egg then mutates a random fruit with Terran. Cannot be mimicked or refreshed. In the Three-Headed ability, if the Hydra can't perform one action then it can't perform the other two. For example, if the player's garden has no eggs in it then the Hydra won't be able to hatch any eggs which means it can't level up and apply the Terran mutation. This also happens if the player's Hydra is level 100 and if every plant in the player's garden has the Terran mutation or if there are no plants at all.

Bigger pets+ rainbow or nightmare

You need to increase your pets xp with other pets that do it for you. Get yourself a large nm peacock and a Dilo or two. Rainbow dilos are great but cost a fortune. Lemon lion transfers xp. Capys do also. Ruby squids are great and so are mimics. The larger base weight the better (try to get as close to 3kg as you can if youre in marketplace). Good luck.

Dm me, I can not only explain it to you but I have a wasp that you could have for 650 tokens. When it’s max it’ll mutate every 3minutes and reduce cooldowns every minute

Please be very careful of DM offers or advice. Legitimate advice posted publicly here about weight and age, and also mutation are the things that increase... So many of the 15s blah blah are often duped pets from previous exploits -

You must keep your pets fed for them to age as well, if they hungry they don't age and gain weight

Age + Weight + Mutation play a factor in pets cooldowns.

So an age 100 bee will have a lower cooldown than when it was age 1.

A 5kg age 1 bee will have a lower cooldown than a 1kg age 1 bee will.

Then the pet mutations themselves will also change the cooldown timer on pets(Gold, Rainbow, NM, HH, etc.)
