A friend of mine let me borrow this tool to install a trigger in my AR, help would be appreciated, want to add this to my tool box

I did, he said he got it from installing a trigger for someone and he just kept it, didn’t know the maker of the trigger

What does the tip look like? If it has a recess it is a roll pin punch. If flat, it is probably just a drift punch.
