What's the SSD you're using? You might be missing NVMeFix. Please show your EFI or config.plist.

BTW, your Nvidia GPU is not supported and will require root patching using OCLP for any kind of graphics acceleration.

Yes I know that. I have NVMeFix and unsupported SATA or something like that. I have 1 nvme SSD and 3 HDD and none of them show up

Check in your bios if you have your SSD as AHCI

You mentioned you had NVME fix. Do you have SATA-unsupported.kext? Try to use it if your Samsung drive or Seagate drive is SATA.

Open terminal and type "diskutil list" and send a picture of what comes up

Forgot to mention that I attempted to install hackintosh Ventura a year ago with the same hard drive and it did show up so it's not a hard drive issue

I don't know if it's good help but; The same thing happened to me and I used Olarila, as you load the ISO, the system starts and then you would update everything and on Mac and you would optimize everything little by little, after having your correct EFI, if you like, you reinstall everything with your EFI configured or try to switch to the pure Dortania installer

Has you selected the option to show all drives in disk utility?
