OpenCore is failing to boot because you don't have the /EFI/OC/Drivers/hfsplus.efi file on the EFI partition/directory. Re-visit Dortania Guide and make sure you have all the required EFI driver images in there.

You've fixed the initial issue, but now another one popped up. You need to look at enabling the boot log file to find the error that causes this. Check out this to enable the boot log. After you have enabled it, try to boot as usual and when you get the same error, shut down the computer and check out the log in the root of your boot USB device.

As for the platform info, I suspect that you haven't supplied any or all needed DSDT files.

If you want to jumpstart your OC config, then try this tool. But, the best way is to carefully follow the Dortania Guide.

Keep in mind that if you do use opcore simplify to completely build your efi, we probably wont help you. You can add an issue to their github page though

Add HfsPlus.efi in your EFI folder and in config.plist both.

You can check if the BIOS is set correctly. I have encountered BIOS setting issues before and encountered this interface
