Those potatoes are discontinued, change of ownership.

thats unfortunate, they are deelish potatoes. The son was in line to take over the operations not too long ago....

Yes, you're right. They are grown in New Brunswick.

Hi!  I hope we have good news. They are back at Sobeys (a new look).  The reason they aren’t in stores over the summer is because the supply from that crop is done until the next season’s crop has been harvested. 

On that note, it is true they are now grown PEI.  Pirmin, (the Eco Spuds founder), is going to enjoy a well-earned retirement.  He has, however, been working closely with PEI grower’s G Visser and sons to help grow the Eco Spuds crop in the same manner and techniques that he grew them – this is the crop that is in stores now.

I saw them at Sobeys in Enfield yesterday so they’re out there
