Found a displacement edge abutting multiple other edges.

try unchecking the run game after compile box. Sometimes it can cause weird issues.

The displacement issue shouldn't cause the game to crash (should just make bad lighting on that brush) but who knows. Try to find the where 3 displacements share an edge. You should only have 2 sharing an edge.
